試しに変更してみたら PR の diff view に annotation が付いた。
どこのトークンでエラーになっているのかが表示されないので、そこが若干微妙…

CI では設定を忘れていたので。
が良さそうだったが、andoshin11/typescript-error-reporter-action#13 によると最近の TS では動かない様子。そこで、この issue で紹介されているフォークを使ってみる。
